If you have become caught up in being who others want you to be, trying to take care of everyone around you, or trying to do all of things *perfectly*, chances are, you are barely keeping it together. I am a clinical psychologist and I help women to sort through the overwhelm, uncertainty, and self-doubt that often accompanies motherhood and womanhood to decide who you want to be and how you want to live a meaningful life. As an integrative therapist, I combine relational therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapies to help you overcome these and other issues while working toward your personal goals. I am dedicated to helping women to successfully adjust throughout all stages of the perinatal period, and to fully come into themselves.
